IP1 Click-To-Talk

IP1 Network Click to Talk Service allows end users to make long-distance calls from inside a website. Once embedded into the client user’s website, the end user accesses a dedicated web page which is configured to interact with the IP1-Click to Talk callback module using XML Web services. Once the callback server receives the XML message, it initiates a callback to the end user’s phone and to the destination number specified by the end user. When the end user answers, the IP1 Network Click to Talk server automatically dials the destination number and connects both calls together.
