IP 1NETWORK IMAP Architecture

IP1 NETWORK has integrated a new family of software and hardware products whose architecture combines the best of proven and emerging telecommunications technologies into an open based architecture solution.

IP1 NETWORK’s Telecommunications Infrastructure Environment, is designed to interface to our existing network to provide control services and a software foundation upon which to layer new services. This IP1 NETWORK solution integrates IP1 NETWORK’s IP and TDM networks into a new "green field" network. It is used as an infrastructure component providing tandem or international gateway services and integrated into our existing IP and TDM network to provide protocol conversion services (H.323/SIP, SS7/ISDN, SS7/IP, etc.), offload services, prepaid, or any number of customized services. IP1 NETWORK – IMAP operates with our existing Cisco, Excel, and Lucent equipment and runs on our SUN Solaris and Linux platform. IP1 NETWORK-Platform utilizes clustering technologies to provide redundant solutions which can scale to more than 100K ports.

IP1 NETWORK IMAP is a perfect solution for delivering this technology to your customers today. IP1 NETWORK has pioneered the concept of combining softswitches, session controllers, and applications services into a single solution which allows calls to move seamlessly through NATs, firewalls, the internet and the PSTN. IP1 NETWORK’s softswitch/session controller solution is vendor agnostic and has been tested with many of the primary IP CPE vendors such as: Cisco, Grandstream, Azatel, Sipura, Octell, WorldAccess, Lynksys, and Quintum to name a few. Furthermore, it provides all basic call services such as call forwarding, call waiting, call transfer and 3 way calling, prepaid, postpaid, voicemail, unified messaging and conferencing. As well as telecommunications services such as VoIP lines, SIP trunks, enhanced long distance and toll-free services.
